  1. I’ve paddled a Tiderace Xcite for several years now. It is a great boat for messing around in rock gardens and doing some basic surfing. As I’m now in my early sixty’s, I find I don’t spend much time playing in the rough stuff anymore and mostly just to distance paddling mixed in with some tripping. I’ve been paddling a Tiderace Xplore-L belonging to a friend of mine which I like. I’m thinking on purchasing either the Xceed or Xceed-X. I’m wonder how comparable the Xceed is when compared the the Xplore. Although the Xceed matches my physical characteristics, I’m leaning more towards the Xceed-X as it appears to be dimensionally similar to the Xplore. Foot room is a consideration.
Anyway I’d appreciate your thoughts on this. Also would you take the Xcite as a trade-in? It’s still in pretty good shape and has a foot operated bilge pump. Not to concerned with what I’d get for it, I just don’t have the room for another boat. Thanks

    1. David,

Thanks for reaching out. It’s been good communicating with you via e-mail. I look forward to working with you on your new boat!
